Hey,

Thank you for this great article, I've translated it into Chinese, here is the link: http://www.jianshu.com/p/acb4b9d8ff4f

Hi @realzzz, I haven't read the full translated article, but something in the beginning caught my eye. You have translated the sentence

And even though the state-of-the-art of frontend applications keeps blazing ahead, CSS is still the only way to style anything on the web (and lately, in some cases, native applications too).

into

虽然各种前端的技术日新月异,但CSS始终坚挺的是前端样式的唯一选择(早晚..各种本地应用也会使用的 译者注: 作者你可真自信~)。

This translation is not quite true to the source. I believe what the author is referring to is that for example the React Native StyleSheet and the WXSS language of 微信小程序 are both heavily based on CSS (one could even say a modified subset of CSS), but are used for styling native application components instead. Therefore, it is more of a matter of fact statement regarding the recent developments in the native mobile app space instead of an opinion.

Your translation on the other hand means that the author is stating an opinion that eventually native applications would also start to use CSS, accompanied with a slightly snarky translator's note of the author being very self-confident. Commenting on the author's personal qualities based on a somewhat clear misunderstanding of the original text is what caught my eye as a bit unprofessional.

Just leaving this here as a note for later translations to come. Translating the good stuff into Chinese for people beyond the wall to read is important work, keep it up.

Hi Juhovh,

My apologies, i agree css is getting more and more heavily involved in native application development, I was thinking your ideas is "CSS will lately be the ONLY way to style the native application", so the comment is more focused on the only point. But anyway, I should not put my personal emotions into the translation, it's really unprofessional.

I've removed all the comments I've put in the article and republished it online. Also i've added a short apologize notes in the end.

You certainly wrote a great article for css developers, I'm just doing the translate with full respects and hoping more developers in china be able to read it. My apologies again, for my mistakes. Hope to read more & learn more from you.

Thank you!
