Can you provide some more information about the problem? E.g., what OS are you on? which version of sbt are you using? Exact steps to reproduce?

I think this is a feature request...if sbt is running and you just close SublimeText, it leaves the sbt process running. It would be a good feature, I just never figured out a way to automatically kill the sbt process.
