I noticed that I don't have the same level of permissions in the adb app as I would have in PC on Google's adb terminal.

Why's that? Is there a way to fix this?

I can't for example give permissions like WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS or MOUNT_FORMAT_FILESYSTEM

Am I missing something or is it something that's only available on the PC ADB?
