The UK topographic map is not visible at the default zoom level. Zoom and center it upon selection. #277

However, if one is already looking at UK maps, then switches to satellite imagery and back, zoom and map centering must not be changed!

Operation must be limited to the area outside of the UK (or a coordinate value box).
