Any topographic map can be disabled of course, but if one wants to display/use them all, then the screen might feel a bit cluttered. To solve this, there is now a new setting in psgeoDomainDefaults. It allows a drop down menu to be used instead, or hybrid default mode that uses a dropdown menu on small screens only.
