Save multiple model instances on restart #133

Currently, if you run more than one model during a session, the 'Launches' 
dropdown in the Solver view makes it easy to switch back and forth.  However, 
when you restart, that dropdown is only populated with the last model you were 
using.

It would be sweet to populate the dropdown with all of them on restart! :)
