Open vnc connection to kohala to devs #84

Kohala as most macbooks setup by SG are restricted to remote management for 
remote access.  Remote management is used primarily by Apple Remote Desktop, 
however ARD is commercially licensed and costs hundreds of dollars.  
Alternatively, screen sharing is a built-in feature by Mac OsX to enable 
cross-platform VNC clients to remote access.  If screen sharing were enabled, a 
password could be set and given to devs to fix build machines.

Jason : I've enabled screen sharing on Kohala, pls try to connect using your 
vnc client and let me know if you have a problem
