Updated bower file #9

Added "main" key/val in the bower.json file. This is the full path to the distribution file.
Updated version number to 0.3.1

this is a very helpful PR. many of us are using automatic build scripts that pull from the bower.json, and this fix would allow us to maintain that workflow.
