integrate sfxr #29

The author of sfxr gave us permission to re-license sfxr under zlib/libpng license, so do so and integrate sfxr as an audio source.

Hi,

I think that this project is going to bloat now. I do like SFXR, but I think it would be better if there was just an optional interface. Or do I misunderstand something?

Hi,

Everything but the core is optional. Audio sources won't add bloat.

(Except, of course, if you use the DLL, but in that case, you probably don't mind bloat in any case..)
