Foreground mode support #1

Hi jariq,

I have introduced --nodaemon support for IPwatchD, as the docker container ONLY accept foreground processes. BTW, I also placed a Dockerfile in this PR.

Hey @Colstuwjx, thanks for the PR. I think I understand the need for a foreground support so I will try to incorporate it as a part of issue #5.

However I have very little (almost none) experience with docker so I'm little confused by your Dockerfile. What is it good for? It seems to me that IPwatchD is the only app running in the container. Is this intentional? Or can this Dockerfile be used as a template to which additional apps can be added?
