bypass sustain pedal for portamento #4

No matter what settings are used, the portamento does not work.

portamento should work when sustain pedal is down (pls see manual page 4-2). this was in my bug list for a long time, and i could not make it work. then read the manual and found out about the sustain pedal 🤦

Ross suggested an option to remove the pedal requirement. i think that is a good idea, and after i'm done with the Studio One issue i'll explore a possible rom patch. if there's a way, i will add a check box to the forthcoming options dialog.

That is one thing I don't remember from the Synergy. It works... A 'bypass sustain pedal for porta' button would give both options...
