Add select_one priority filter? #1

Hi!

Loving the new look collate tool :) Thank you!

A small suggestion... would it be possible to have a 'Select_one priority filter'? Like the project status filter... image

Currently I can only order by priority.

Not a big deal, but if it's possible, would be useful.

So have a drop down to select to only display results that have a specific URGENT, HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW priority. I'll keep that in mind for when I get to implementing more custom filters. The current set of filters are ordering options are all provided by the server side in the Tasking Manager API, and not actually implemented by this hotosm collate codebase. So I don't have much control over the filters the way the are done at the moment.
