Fast Integration #38

Jarmo, I tried this method as I have a large number of files and normal system doesn't like it. In the settings I chose just fast integration to test 46 FITS files, but the script stopped with an error:

Hi Jari,

I reproduced the problem, they have changed the output file names. But something else is broken too so I need to do some more digging to get this fixed.

I have pushed a new test version that works better for me. I do get an error with a very small data set (three files) but maybe not a major issue.

Thank you, I had a test batch of 46 images and now it worked.
