Make it possible to change the HUD based on the class

Examples:

Combine and metropolice automatically get a blue HUD and a special overlay (masks)
Zombies get a blood red HUD
Rebels get an orange HUD

Still need some fine tuning on the colors and only the blue color schemes (combine_soldier, metropolice, ...) are implemented fully for now in addition to the default one
