hw acceleration on Pixel phones broken? #537

I have to disable hw acceleration to get anything but Sound and a black Screen when playing Videos.

My Pixel 6 is working great with HW acceleration.

It might be because recently Samsung Exynos based chips have been having problems with codec support, mainly with HDR 10-bit support. (Google Tensor chips are basically rebranded and mildly improved Samsung Exynos chips, kinda like Qualcomm Snapdragon "For Galaxy" but Samsung Exynos for Google and with modification by Google (more than just overclocking).
