Season without cover is left blank #829

Describe the bug If a season has no cover image it is left blank.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a tv show entry with a season that has no cover

Expected behavior If a season has no cover, but the show it self does, the show's cover should be used.
