Fixing Fressian support and changing binary to fressian in file and R… #45

This fixes Fressian support in chord and changes the README and namespace to use fressian rather than binary, since there are many other binary formats.

Hey, I missed this message. Thanks for merging. Things are going well. Actually I've been going back and forth to London, so we should meet up for a beer next trip out if you are around.
