Add Precision 5530 to README and enable its Intel WiFi+BT #69

The Dell Precision 5530 is the "portable workstation" version of the XPS 15 9570. This commit adds it to the README and also enables its Intel wireless adapter to have WiFi and Bluetooth working.

Basically this would have helped me find this project; there isn't a repo out there for 5530, so I wasted some time trying to use several other Precision models, but this repo works perfectly, other than the missing kexts for Intel wireless.
