Create ad-hoc wi-fi document #24

The GUB already captures the steps needed to configure a station to be a 
stand-alone access point.

Need a document to provide user manual-style instructions on how to use the 
device in this configuration.

This document will need to provide instructions on how to connect via a phone 
running Brata, including configuration items such as:
 - a unique SSID
 - any static IP address configuration (probably not)

Created initial document laying out most of the necessary sections and 
instructions for the students. Left some TODOs for this that need to still be 
added or clarified.

Mike said this document is good, but he said it will need to incorporate 
differences among the different stations. Depending on how much they have in 
common, maybe we can have the same document cover all cases, or if they diverge 
enough, perhaps we need separate documents.

The way I had it written was to be all inclusive but we can split the document 
up if it makes sense. I haven't gotten to all the details of the other stations 
yet, which is why it may look unevenly distributed. So far, most of the setup 
instructions specific to station type are for "just in case" scenarios if they 
have to rewire something.

Document should be complete, not sure if it has been reviewed since I finished 
so I have moved it to resolved. I will close once I get an okay to do so.
