Flash CPA and CTS images #59

For image burning CPA06, CPA05, CPA04, CTS06, and HMB03 are done.  We can keep 
doing CPA and CTS.

CTS02, CTS03, CTS04 still need to be burned (Mike is also bringing back in the 
others that will need to get burned.)

The latest image is on the S: drive. It is also on Jaron's USB stick.

After burning just need to change /etc/hosts and /etc/hostname to the correct 
one.

Received Lego USB, adapter, and SD cards for CTS02, CTS03, CTS04, and CPA02. 
There was a post-it for CPA02 stating that it's already been flashed and just 
needs the config change.
