Support wired and wireless configurations together #64

During dry run we witnessed problems with wi-fi and had to switch to wired. It 
would be nice if the stations could support both configurations without needing 
a code or config change. Consider trying wlan0, logging an info event if it 
fails, trying eth0 next, and then logging a failure if that too wasn't present.

Need to open a separate issue for MS. That would probably need to support all 
interfaces together. On Competition Day it listened over eth0 for stations and 
wi-fi for phones coming from outside, plus any local and remote Web browsers.
