MoneyNetworkAPI - confirm message #243

Now a confirm money transaction in W2 with notification about confirm in MN. Could be a confirm dialog in MN and/or W2. No need for user to switch browser tab to press OK in a confirm.

Could also be used for send money with unconfirmed balance i wallet (incoming test bitcoins). Chat msg with money transaction may be approved later when balance has been confirmed and balance in sender wallet is OK.
