Chat: Show wallet balance in money transaction messages? #279

Displayed while sending a new money transaction to contact. But not displayed in incoming and outgoing chat messages. Could be very relevant before clicking approve money transaction for an incoming money transaction. Maybe bad design normally to show wallet balance info in chat. Maybe display after check_mt message and before send_mt message while approving money transactions.
