Send chat - validating money transaction running forever #285

VM2/montreal. debug break point in w2 prevented response within timelimit. But timeout should have been detected by mn session anyway!

Fixed an error in set_ping_error in issue https://github.com/jaros1/Money-Network/issues/190 Update wallet balance from private chat money transaction. Should be same problem. Closing
