Added new user data hub - waiting for public chat msg

Added extra user data hub 17k1QzQRhpkJubxCxaCcD6ytqnp8cqUkXe to "opera". Should show more public chat. Not downloading public chat message.

It was OK. Just logged in. OK to show "downloading public chat" message after log in. But expected faster public chat download as public chat msg from other user data hubs have already been downloaded.

Also a problem with remove welcome message. same linenumbers but two different messages!:

Also fixed a problem in routeProvider. Checking user_id before localStorage was ready
