Money page - no money systems were found #350

Fixed a JS error. New test run. Still no money systems found.

Inconsistency between OS files and dbQuery. Found merged-MoneyNetwork/1W3Et1D5BnqfsXfx2kSx8T61fTPz5V2Ft/data/users/18DbeZgtVCcLghmtzvg4Uv8uRQAwR8wnDQ/wallet.json in database but not in file system. Ditto for content.json. Fixed an issue in MoneyNetworkAPILib.z_file_get. Now also using timeout option for normal files. Not respected by ZeroNet API but forced by z_file_get. Better now. Finding one money system. Correct as 1W3Et1D5BnqfsXfx2kSx8T61fTPz5V2Ft files does not exist on file system.
