Intermittently fails to load integration with the error: Failed setup, will retry: There is no current event loop in thread 'SyncWorker_x'.

Seems to be exacerbated by the use of other SNMP sensors in configuration.yaml. Other snmp sensors can be for other devices entirely and they still conflict. If the snmp sensors are commented out then the integration loads correctly after a restart of home assistant.

@Responseless I have updated the integration to use the same version of pysnmp as the snmp component of Home Assistant.

You could try the new release 1.1.0.
