Release to pypi in github broken

It seems like PYPI_API_TOKEN is not set correct. I have not the required rights over this repository. @jaroslawhartman please fix this.

• I've created a new PYPI_API_TOKEN and updated it in GitHub action secrets
• I also set you as an owner of PyPi

Take a look please if the Workflow can be executed now.

Thank you for adding me as a owner to the pypi repository. I've was able to setup automatical deployment. now releasing on github creates a docker and pypi release again.

Keep in mind to bump the setup version (gonna find a way to do this automatically some day ;) )
