- should engine be the game context or a different class? Should map know what is present easily?
- should be no overlap on positioning -> Entity has a position and a tile?
- user definable keys?
- put options in separate file
- procgen in separate class
How should code be organised? Json or classes? how to import classes - didn't work before. To import required the file to be a module, but a module would not file window.onLoad
