Support for tumblrs on custom domains #1

Tool does not seem to support tumblr when the owner puts their tumblr on a 
custom domain.

not sure if possible to support custom domains but it would be helpful.

Hmm... Can you give me an example of a blog on another domain? I will fix this 
problem.

tinycartridge.com is an example. A tumblr with their own domain.

Just wondering if there has been any progress on this info.
More and more tumblr's are moving to custom domains.

The API is still available so i hope it is just a matter of accepting the 
differnt url and not expecting it to end in tumblr.com
