Thanks for the theme.

I've been doing some modifications to mine that you might be interested in.

I've kept this PR small but it should be enough to see where I'm heading. If you like this and merge I'll move on to doing other sections as well.

Benefits

Easier to read HTML and to add or remove content
jekyll serve --watch reloads to changes in the '_data' folder

Thanks for improving this theme. It's very useful for optimising the project,of course you can doing on other sections and I will edit other pages in this way as well. Later I will add introduction in README.
