Sections are now configuration driven #31

Removed navbar.yml (no need for it anymore)
Removed 'HOME' navbar button (already a page-top button with branding)
Sections are configured in _config.yml (like any other top level website configuration)
Each section has its own template for ease of development and maintenance
Languages are configured in _config.yml (like any other top level website configuration)

Thanks a lot for this pull request,this way of structuring index page is very convenient, since I have seen others blog who using my theme,they may no need use all of the sections,with this we can build index flexible, Thanks again!
