Preparation items for the IGME 106 Playtest

[x] Disable hookshot movement (but keep leashing in)
[x] Shorten intro blurb
[x] More defined objective conditions
[x] Tutorial sections where we show individual abilities (if possible pop up Babushka head and do meeple noises with text)
[x] Remove Blood Fountain
[x] Spray blood to get out of the first room
[x] PDF README Instructions
[ ] Rework Controls Screen Clarity
[x] Place enemies throughout level
[x] Make sure colliders/layers on environment are up to snuff so everything can receive blood splatters and stop body parts/icicles
[x] Game Summary Revision
[x] Playtest Questions Revision (make sure to edit Google Form with new questions!)
