[EPD] Ambient Occlusion and other misc/shadows/lightning #116

SSAO ambient occlusion needs to be built so same color render objects can be distinguished apart from each other, shadows should be optimized to follow the player camera, and lighting should be optimized to not use so much branching in shaders.
