The configured game launcher sometimes opens when Windows boot up #2

Parsec evidently opens a UDP port during startup. Depending on timing, this can cause AutoGame to think there's an active parsec connection and start the game launcher. Pretty annoying.

This should be fixed in the next release with commit 26f830df488aafc5ae98d27c3fa0998b044b0e79.
