Reference implementation is missing the keybinding #8

Thanks for the nice repo! One small note: for the reference implementation in README, it might be useful to add the part of copilot.el that defines the C-c C-k keybinding. Other parts of the README text led me to expect C-c C-k from the reference implementation.
