[Nightly] Select Audio Track when Casting #119

When casting with chromecast it would be ideal to be able to select the audio track. Right now the setting for the desktop player isn't having an effect when streaming to chromecast.

Selecting audio track and subtitles pre-casting is entirely possible, thank you for your suggestion.
