Appimage? #159

Do you plan to package this as an appimage? Could solve dependencies in linux. Cheers!

I would love to find a way to solve the dependency issue on Linux.. deb, appimage, flatpack, snap, etc. are all theoretical solutions, but I'm not very accustomed to building apps with them, so each would require some significant research, and probably also VMs installed for testing purposes.

Atm the player is in a very mature state, there is nothing I consider to be important towards evolving it more except a better linux solution and code signing for easier Win / OSX installations.

It does sadden me, considering how much work went into this player, that Linux is currently the only platform that is limited in regards to running it. So I'd be open to any help in this regard.

Alexio, who is testing stuff for our TROMjaro Linux distribution, is trying to build an appimage. I'll tell him to send some updates here about his progress. Would be really cool to have this working on Linux.
