Cannot change source

HA correctly displays which source is playing, however when using HA to change the source nothing happens. eg. TV is playing Youtube, HA says source is Youtube. I use HA to change source to Spotify. HA says source is now Spotify but TV still playing Youtube. 10 seconds later HA source changes back to Youtube.

my config: media_player:

Same issue.....Cannot change source to anu app... however i have ability to open HDMI sources.
