Combine ddgr and googler #92

Would it be possible to combine this repo and https://github.com/jarun/googler so that it’s one repo and ddgr is the secure mode of that repo?

Sorry but it's just not possible at this stage of the projects. Probably have a wrapper script to achieve this.
