Firstly I am unsure what is going on, your pictures and explanation are very vague. But have you double checked that appjar has been installed properly (if doing it through pip install), Or make sure that the download appjar folder is in the same directory as your python file that is using appjar.

I was just about to say it looks like an installation issue...

Then I noticed your program is called appJar.py - that will definitely stop it form working, as your program is replacing the appJar library when it's run.

Try renaming your program to something else...
