NDIS 1:N MUX Sample #238

The Microsoft Windows Driver Kit (WDK) inlues a N:1 MUX smaple that can be adapted easily to be a 1:1 MUX sample.   However, there is no 1:N MUX sample.   It would be nice, for completeness, to have a 1:N MUX sample.

Recently I was research on this.Maybe the startting point is the Notify object(mux.dll)?
