Ping and TraceRoute from WinRT #612

A simple sample that will demonstrate how to ping any server (local network and internet) as well as showing a traceroute to any ip/site. Using WinRT C#.

The Ping class is not available to Windows Store apps. It is available only in the full .Net Framework, not in the .Net for Windows Store apps profile.
