It doesn't specify the product number on the actual outlet but I believe this is the box that it came in. So it looks like the product number could be 12721.

@paulsievers that would indeed be 12721 and ZW1001; you have it correctly identified. This is also a 300-series product (Z-Wave, not Z-Wave Plus) and thus cannot be updated with OTA.
