Start notes files based on your reading #3

Maybe create a "notes" folder to keep them in. Start a markdown document to note down the main things you learn from the REST book.

Some initial questions to get answered:

[x] What does REST mean in simple terms?
[x] What are some key REST principles/properties/terms?
[x] Why have REST and HTTP become such dominant technologies?
[x] What are differences between REST and HTTP?
[x] What are the HTTP verbs and how is each used?
[x] What are standard HTTP response codes and when is each used?
[x] What are standard HTTP tags and what are they used for?
