Errors on getting clips or Images

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Error on getting clips

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I see blank pics,no images or clips.. white 
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

windows 7,64bit
Please provide any additional information below.

I sometimes get video clips or snapshots from the ip camera I have set up.And 
than sometimes I get blank white clips that show nothing but a white screen..
