The issue is about refining the current UI. And not about building new UI for car model.

I meant that I would like to implement the changes in the UI as outlined in the issue. Specifically, by "UPGRADING," I meant enhancing, improving upon, or elevating the current UI design.

Could you please clarify what you meant by the term "REFINING" ? Does it indicate any specific direction or require handling the issue differently?

Also, please do let me know the term "upgrade" hold a different meaning in the context of software or computer science? Lastly, should I begin working on this issue only after it is officially assigned to me, or may I proceed beforehand?
