Easier to read README #44

GitHub-flavored Markdown is quite nice, and is much easier to read than the plaintext.

@eturk I agree, check my development version here https://github.com/monkstone/ruby-processing. Which you might care to give a test drive? Actually the whole wiki is in need of an update to reflect changes since jruby-1.4 and processing-2.0, and I'm only just getting to grips with jekyll.
