Update to JRuby-1.7.1 and processing-2.0b7 #52

Before I get tempted to meddle too much more it might be worth pulling an updated ruby-processing. Looks OK to me on my 64 bit linux box. I've even got context-free working albeit with a few mods (ruby-1.9). I have converted all sketches to bare sketches (much more in line with processing and other language clones), it even seemed to be required, but may'be it's me. I appreciate @jashkenas might take a bit of time to get round to it may be @moumar might be able do it earlier?

I had an Idea for restructuring the samples and will re-issue request soon.
