This issue is somewhat related to, but different from, #2945.

https://github.com/jashkenas/backbone/pull/4252 might provide inspiration for a solution.

Actually, it is kicking off perfectly fine, just not on PRs from forks because they don't have the credentials. Need to keep in mind that I should check the latest build on master before starting a release.
